'Nuances of the Now - A Semantic patchwork on the Scatteredness of current understanding' [thesis]

In this essay I attempt to narrate current ways of living, coping and understanding through concocting and 'knitting' together different layers of information. Phenomena of Modern Life; such as consumerism, technology, trends, our (plus the) environment and various type of intra-psychic affairs, play the leading parts in this semantic play. I intend to explore the flexibilities of cut-up text and the performative qualities of a moment/time spent on a screen, whilst cherishing the agency of cutting in the ongoing performance of the world.
