Home Cinema

Home Cinema (homecinema.video) is an ongoing project in collaboration with Carmen Dusmet Carrasco, designed and developed with Lukas Engelhardt. An online video broadcast platform screening and archiving moving image works by young and emerging artists, periodically activated through collaborations and open calls. The goal of Home Cinema is to make moving image works more accessible to the public and contribute to forming a community around making. Physical screening events parallel the online streamings in collaboration with project spaces and institutions such as Reneenee and the Sandberg Instituut. The platform has participation features such as a chat, and we curate programs that reflect on specific topics within the format of moving images.
