192168285.xyz is a small web and file server that I built together with Paul Bille. It helps us maintain our collaboration and friendship across the Atlantic Ocean since Paul moved to the US to complete his masters degree. Currently its offline because I short circuited the board when trying to connect a larger fan. But I guess that's part of the game. The casing tells an encrypted story of its creation. In the images you see it on display together with a Wifi dish, a sculpture based on an open source design that amplifies wifi signals and connects you to the rest of the world from far away. Ada and I later used the dish to connect Hotel Mokum to the internet. Documentation by Tommy Smits.
